Description:
The constructed photograph can be viewed in many ways including as traditional photography made on of staged theatrical sets, digital composite photography and, the combination of both. This course will focus on how students can develop an advanced practice of the 'staged photograph'. Using lightning, props, set dressings, location scouting, models, and miniature maquette to achieve their compositional goals. Digital post-production methods will be employed to enhance in camera and studio work. Students will become immersed in written theory, while they engage in their creative production processes.
