Entrepreneurs face unique leadership challenges, especially when founding and leading a new company. This course provides the aspiring entrepreneur with tools and frameworks necessary for creating strategy, building companies, and assembling human capital with limited resources. By exploring what makes great entrepreneurial leaders, students will learn through experiential exercises both the challenges and the excitement of starting a new venture and building the best team.
