Provides students with the opportunity to earn their initial forklift operator's license or recertification for the traditional sit-down powered industrial truck. This recertification course covers proper safety procedures including OSHA requirements, restrictions and limitations, surface and environment identification, common hazards, load compositions and operator inspection and maintenance. Students who have not completed within the past six (6) months or who are not co-currently enrolled in TRLW 019 ??? Forklift Training Prep Class, will not be permitted to enroll in this course. Prerequisite/Co-requisite: TRWL 019 ??? Forklift Training Prep Class.
