Provide class participants with the skills to be able to design, implement, maintain and continuously improve a viale Statistical Process Control system. The class will consist of an interactive presentation and various group exercise that will teach students how statistics and SPC can and cannot be used in various scenarios. The class will cover the origins of quality control, how SPC developed and how it continues to innovate manufacturing and production process today.
