Designed for teachers who are working in early childhood settings. Students are able to discover ways in which they can promote positive social-emotional development in children and in how they can facilitate supportive relationships with and between children and their families. Additionally, students are taught how to identify the root causes of children's behavior in order to guide positive behavior outcomes. Students are presented with a variety of evidence-based practices to implement immediately as they are led to analyze and modify their approach to affect positive change in the classroom.
