This course will prepare students with the tools necessary for success in today???s workforce. Instructors will address the essential skills needed to successfully perform in today???s work environment and will empower students to convert the conceptual understanding of soft skills into everyday practice on the job. Areas addressed will include: communication, teamwork and collaboration, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution. Upon completion of the course and all requirements, students will receive a certificate of completion.
