Provides leaders with insight into how they may demotivate their employees. This course helps students identify top motivators and ways to avoid behaviors that can actually reduce engagement and performance. This course is structured to allow students to thoughtfully practice the techniques taught in class through evenly paced sessions facilitated by a highly qualified instructor in a personalized setting. This course is offered either through in class instruction or via remote learning instructions, using Zoom technology and includes breaks and interactive practice sessions.
