Explores the essential factors necessary to create a workplace culture comprised of clear expectations, effective feedback to drive human connection. This course discusses the fundamental reasons behind the disconnect of workplace roles and employee unwillingness to embrace accountability. Key leadership behaviors that facilitate open discussion are identified, as well as an exploration of self-awareness, intrinsic motivators and barriers to ownership of responsibilities is conducted. This course is structured to allow you to thoughtfully practice applying techniques taught in class within these evenly-paced sessions, facilitated by a highly qualified instructor in a personalized setting. This course is offered either through in-class instruction or via remote learning instruction, using Zoom technology, and includes breaks and interactive practice sessions.
