Explores the ten tenets of authenticity to create actionable knowledge on the value of authentic leadership. This course is designed to provide students with the ability to self-assess their own strengths and weaknesses in relation to authentic leadership qualities. Identifying barriers to authentic leadership is also discussed. This course is structured to allow students you to thoughtfully practice the techniques taught in class within evenly paced sessions, under the direction of a qualified instructor in a personalized setting. This course is offered in either in-class instruction or via remote learning instruction, using Zoom technology, and includes breaks and interactive practice sessions.
