Provides students with an opportunity to address the challenges in a remote working environment that are currently facing leaders. This course discusses such challenges as disconnectedness, maintaining productivity and objectives, as well as and interpersonal relationships. Factors that impede upon team cohesion, developing empathy for others and key actions that create healthy interpersonal relationships are also addressed. This course is designed to allow students the ability thoughtfully practice the techniques taught in class within an evenly-paced sessions, under the direction of a qualified instructor, in a personalized setting. This course is offered in either in-class instruction or via remote learning instruction, using Zoom technology, and includes breaks and interactive practice sessions.
