Provides an environment to discuss trust-building and what ??trust?? means the workplace. This interactive course focuses on key steps to create authentic working relationships and increase trust on-the-job. Students are able to thoughtfully practice applying the techniques taught, as well as how personal preferences and perspectives impact trust-building. Students may participate in either in-class instruction or through remote learning using Zoom technology. The course does include breaks and interactive practice sessions.
