Provides a working introduction into Microsoft Teams as well as OneDrive and SharePoint. Microsoft Office Teams is a potential solution for individuals and teams that require a cloud-based program to create, share, and store activities As the workplace continues to become more diverse in employee work environments, staying connected through communication about tasks, goals, and events is critical. This course discusses an introduction to essential skills including MS Teams (creating and managing teams, creating and managing files, creating and managing meetings) and getting started with OneDrive and SharePoint to create, modify, share and store files using the cloud-based applications. Students can engage in evenly paced learning sessions with our highly qualified instructor in a personalized setting. This course may be presented in person nor via remote instruction using Zoom technology and includes breaks and interactive practice sessions. Lastly, this course is appropriate for individuals who possess basic computer knowledge and have previously used the internet via any web browser. It may be helpful to have familiarity with Microsoft products, however extensive MS Office knowledge is not required.
