Presents students with the essential skills, terminology and techniques to effectively plan and carry out projects with the help of stakeholders and other participants. Based on the premise that individual career (and personal) roles and expectations often include the need to strategize, plan and manage projects of all sizes, this course discusses the many factors to that can be barriers to success. In addition, students are taught Core topics, such as project analysis, stakeholder identification and management, outlining roles and responsibilities and effective communication and oversight of project elements. This course is structured to allow students the ability to thoughtfully practice and apply the learned techniques and engage in evenly-paced sessions with our highly qualified instructor in a personalized setting. This course may be presented in-person or via remote instruction using Zoom technology and includes breaks and interactive practice sessions.
