In our daily interactions with others, we have many instances of disagreement and difficult conversations that are emotionally charged and potentially uncomfortable. Would you like to increase your comfort handling yourself and finding successful outcomes in these instances? This course focuses on the essential concepts and tools used in preventing, and also dealing with, real or perceived conflict in the workplace. Join our highly qualified instructor and other professionals in this dynamic session focused on real-world examples and techniques. Typical courses are presented via Zoom for approximately 100 minutes with breaks and interactive sessions included.
