As we've all experienced, the past twelve months have exposed us to an uncharted level of uncertainty in the workplace and at home. Typical approaches to adaptation and changes, while critical to understand, also require reconsideration and curiosity. This course is geared towards individuals that want to be successful agents of healthy change in their work and personal lives. Not only will you explore traditional concepts regarding change management, but you will also consider fresh applications of models to build skills and understanding. Using today's complex workplace as a backdrop for interesting scenarios, develop an increased focus on the individual needs and motivations of those around you. Led by our highly qualified instructor with years of industry experience, you can gain understanding and skills on this crucial topic for personal development. Typical courses are presented via Zoom for approximately 100 minutes with breaks and interactive sessions included.
