Discusses effective management of a multi-generational workforce. This course discusses the gap that will be present once all Boomer generation exits the workforce and asks whether the upcoming Millennial generation is ready to fill many of those gaps. This course presents the generational composition of the United States workforce and covers the four generations actively employed - Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z ??? through labor demographics and generational statistics, as well as other statistics to analyze these groups. Key communication styles, relationship-building techniques and various practices used to reach individuals within these generations are covered to help managers supervise across generations. This course is presented via Zoom with breaks and interactive sessions included.
