Covers the important role that supervisors play an organization. This interactive-learning course allows individuals to gain an understanding of the link that supervisors have between upper management and front-line employees. Individuals acquire knowledge of the legal issues and liabilities facing supervisors, develop more effective management skills and leadership competencies. Change management is also discussed and individuals create personal goals for implementing the techniques taught within their respective workplaces. This course is presented via Zoom with breaks and interactive sessions included.
