Serves to improve conflict resolution skills designed to help individuals effectively manage employees within their respective organizations. This course discusses the theories, personalities and behaviors that generate conflict in the workplace. A review of conflict management styles and approaches to resolve and de-escalate conflict is conducted and students are able to practice various de-escalation techniques. Participants create goals for personal ownership of conflict behaviors and change management behaviors. This course is essential for managers and supervisors who can employ various strategies to prevent and manage conflict within their workplace.
