This course will promote a student's understanding of the materials, methods, and equipment relevant to a building's interior and exterior finishings, as well as the mechanical, electrical and piping systems. Through an experiential learning component of the course, students will conduct mock-up construction of interior and exterior finishings, and building mechanical, electrical, and piping systems. 3-2-4 Prerequisites: CNST 210
