This course will provide students with the opportunity to learn and participate in physical activities designed to develop fundamental skills in health and skill related fitness. Students will be involved in a comprehensive personal fitness and health course consisting of cardiovascular conditioning, muscular fitness, power, balance, agility, coordination, endurance, and flexibility activities.
