This course consists of learning normal anatomy, sonographic characteristics and the hemodynamic principles of the peripheral vascular system, the cerebral vascular system and the vessels of the abdomen. Instrumentation, scanning techniques, audible signals made by normal and abnormal blood flow and vascular pathology are presented in this course. This course requires a per credit health career fee; check the tuition and fee schedule for the current rate.
