Description:
This course provides intermediate-level study in digital animation. Students will develop a project and execute it to acceptable professional standards. Intermediate-level production techniques, project organization, and linear versus non-linear narrative will be integral to coursework. Students will further develop their proficiency based on prior study using a variety of animation techniques and programs. The use of storyboards, animatics, special effects, audio components, and a variety of post-processing approaches will be necessary. A minimum of 3 hours of work outside of class is required per week.
