This third and final course in the Principles of Quality series provides more introductory/key concepts of quality underlying the operation of a process industry and introduces the student to management systems and continuous process improvement, quality reliability planning, lean manufacturing and lean tools used to eliminate waste, and quality costs. This course gathers all of the concepts and tools highlighted in PTEC 170, PTEC 171, and PTEC 172 and explains how these concepts and tools work together to improve quality 1-1-1
