This is the fourth and final course of the Process Systems series that introduces students to the fundamentals of the various systems used in the process industry and the interrelation between the types of equipment that are assembled to operate within a process system. Course topics include centrifuge systems, crystallization systems, filtration systems, drying systems, material storage and blending systems, and environmental compliance systems. Students will gain knowledge utilizing small line drawings and P & ID's for each system. Safety, troubleshooting, production scheduling, and quality/efficiency considerations and strategies will be addressed throughout this course. 1-1-1
