This course deals with the background knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to innovate. This includes the ability to develop new ideas, recognize opportunities, analyze risks, create teams of motivated helpers, foster positive communication within the team, lead the team effectively to bring about change, assess progress from an idea to a change, and to pivot along the way. This course serves as the capstone course for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Rock Studies Thread.
