This class will explore personal relationships between performer and song as well as develop reading skills to learn performance readiness. Active performance and application of feedback are core to this work, as well as understanding techniques and the vocabulary of a musical theatre audition. Students will learn how to choose well-suited songs and develop an audition book comprising of different styles.
