This is a course for LPN's who have been accepted for advanced placement and students who have transferred from another professional nursing program into the Associate Degree Nursing Program clinical courses. The course introduces the student to concepts of professional nursing as they relate to the philosophy and conceptual framework of the RACC ADN Program. Prerequisites: All courses stated in the Selective Admissions Procedures in the current Reading Area Community College Student Catalog, COM 121, current CPR certification for the professional, 2.5 or better GPA for Reading Area Community College work, and special permission of the Nursing Program Admissions Committee
