Introduces students to the field of Radiologic Technology. This course covers the fundamentals, terminology, ethics and law as it pertains to the radiologic sciences. Also included is didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction that emphasizes patient care and management. Students spend 56-hours of clinical time at a healthcare facility. A course fee is required. Enrollment is restricted to students in the Radiologic Technology AS program. Corequisite: ENGL 101 and BIOL 121.
