Introduction to the construction of a competent research paper with transferable skills to any other academic discipline. Specifically, the student chooses and limits an appropriate topic through standard reference sources, takes notes, prepares an outline, documents information according to the Modern Language Association or American Psychological Association, and writes a logical, coherent and organized essay.
