Description:
This course provides opportunities for students to understand the diversity of learners in the twenty-first century classroom. This course will cover the use of Universal Design for Learning to meet the unique needs of all learners including those with exceptionalities and language/cultural differences. Students will be asked to reflect on their background and personal attitudes regarding inclusion and diversity and will have opportunities to refine their professional development goals after completing field experiences.
