THeory and practice are integrated in the study of: financial condition assessment, operating budget preparation, process and analysis, capital infrastructure assessment, project planning and budgeting, short and long term debt financing/administration, accounting and auditing as foundations for managerial oversight and control, performance measurement, cash management and investments, and pension.
