This course introduces students to the field of cybersecurity. Students are introduced to various security topics, including Internet security, malware, vulnerability, cyber terrorism, cyber fraud, cyber detectives, firewalls, privacy, policies/procedures, mitigation strategies to potential cyber threats, and legal and regulartory aspects of cygersecurity. Lectures and projects promote understanding of cyber threats and security.
