This workshop is intended to provide participants with an understanding of how to incorporate team building activities in the classroom in order to enhance the collaborative spirit of the students. Through active involvement in a variety of different games and team building exercises, participants will learn how to develop trust, compassion and teamwork in students. The workshop will provide participants with theoretical aspects of community and partnering development with direct hands on experience participating in team building activities on the Millersville University ropes course. Workshop participants will be able to take learned skills from the workshop and apply them to small groups in a variety of settings.
