This workshop explores how and why children's and adolescents' ethical values and attitudes evolve. Various theories of ethical development and ethical decision-making are examined and evaluated. Teachers of all grade levels, K-12, have an opportunity to survey available moral development materials and develop their own materials for classroom use. Practice in techniques such as discussion group management and utilizing role-playing will be provided. Recommended for K-12 educators.
