This workshop provides teachers with skills in identifying classroom discipline problems, applying instructional/management strategies designed to prevent or correct these problems, and employing strategies to maintain desired classroom atmosphere. After an overview of approaches to discipline and their underlying principles, teachers will be encouraged to choose guidelines, strategies, and patterns which will lead toward student self-control. Recommended for K-12 educators.
