Explores the theoretical underpinning of behavior change and the challenges that are faced with lifestyle modification. Furthermore, the course examines the various strategies and interventions that are used for chronic disease prevention and management. This course is restricted to students enrolled in the Wellness and Health Promotion AAS program. Prerequisite: WHP 101, 102, and 103 with grades of C or higher. Corequisite: WHP 202.
