This course provides students with a comprehensive overview of the practical and theoretical skills needed to plan, implement, and evaluate health promotion programs in a variety of settings i.e., schools; community health agencies; business, industry worksites; and health care settings such as clinics, hospitals and managed care organizations. Students will be afforded the opportunity to develop a Health Promotion Program. Opportunities to apply Program Planning principles will be provided.
