Description:
The critical analysis of biomechanical principles as they apply to both gross and fine gymnastic movement patterns will be studies. Additional emphasis will center around a presentation of analytic techniques specific to maximum realization of motor performance. Further research will be directed toward practical application of all research relevant to the gymnastic discipline. Both lecture-demonstration and seminar methods of instruction will be employed.
