This course is an analysis of dominant minority relations in the United States from the perspective of both the historical and the contemporary with special emphasis upon black-white relations in American society today. The nature and results of prejudice and discrimination, and the realization of social justice will be among the more important areas of dominant-minority relations to be discussed.
