For this course, it is desirable to have had at least a basic course in Political Science and/or Criminal Justice. This course is an examination of the case decisions, regulations, constitutional impacts and related actions of national, state, local and intergovernmental government agencies. The course also examines the process of producing law, and its application. Special emphasis is placed on the comparative nature of administrative law in order to provide a global perspective.
