The Criminal Justice Process This course builds on the Criminal Justice Process course by focusing on management issues in Law Enforcement. It will begin with a survey of management styles and best practices in administering police agencies. Consideration will be given to basic management techniques and how they apply to Law Enforcement administration, as well as to those elements that are unique to Law Enforcement. The course will deal in part with issues such as police ethics and maintaining morale, along with other issue common in the field. Pre-Requisite: XPA511
