The primary focus of this course is to present a systematic process of accurately evaluating upper extremity musculoskeletal injuries and illnesses commonly seen in the physical activity population. This course focuses on the athletic training competencies and proficiencies associated with upper extremity injury assessment and evaluation, risk management and injury prevention, and acute care of injuries and illness.
