This course provides an overview of the challenges of starting a new venture or strengthening an existing one. Students will learn the characteristics of an entrepreneur and how to use the tools that an entrepreneur needs to evalutate a business concept and, if it is viable, how to take the steps needed to make it a reality. The course covers key aspects of entrepreneurship, including planning, operations, human resources, finance, markeing, and ethical responsibilities.
