This course follows a didactic approach to clinical nuclear medicine technology. A considerable number of class hours are allotted to the review of concepts in anatomy, physiology, pathology and radiopharmaceuticals as they relate to the clinical procedures outlined in the main topics. This course provides students with practical knowledge essential to the acquisition of skills in performing nuclear medicine examinations.
