Topics covered include the characteristics of small business, starting a small business, organizing the enterprise, marketing; production and operations management, and administrative and financial controls. Problem areas e.g., financial planning, product strategies, pricing, credit policies, inventory control and capital budgeting are emphasized via a case study approach. Not for General Education.
