Organizational linkage systems provide the framework in which the internal environment and organizational dynamics are studied. Topics covered include organizational goals, structure, design, size, complexity, culture, conflict, change, control, power, technology, and strategic planning. Emphasis is placed on understanding why organizations function as they do and how they should be designed and managed to achieve maximum effectiveness.
