Various leadership approaches are examined, paying particular attention to the public sector. With leadership comes ethical responsibility. How does one attain organizational objectives while accommodating for politics, ethics, and multiple agendas? How does a public administrator balance conflicting interest and the public good? In what way is integrity the means to effective leadership?
