This coures focuses on folk and fairy tales as adult tales. In this course, students will learn about folk and fairy tales from various cultures. Specifically, students will learn about contexts of folk and fairy tales, study both the tales and interpretations of them,and critically analyze the tales in both discussions and written work. Pre-Requisite: HEN113 OR The distance Learning version of HEN320 Folk & Fairy Tales to be offered as an "On-line" course in which more than 80% of the instruction will be completed outside of the classroom.
