Description:

Focuses on the development of oral skills in the business setting. Students study interpersonal relationships in the workplace, basic leadership and team communication, resume writing, interviewing, oral reporting, and the use of electronic media in professional presentations. Emphasis is placed on the development of communication habits that demonstrate professionalism. Prerequisite: ENGL 101 and COMM 101 with grades of C or higher.
