This course challenges and evaluates the students' ability to develop a leadership style when faced with challenging scenarios related to small unit tactical operations and the changing environment of today's Army. Over all objectives of the course are to integrate the principles and practices of effective leadership, military operations, and personal development in preparation for the summer LDAC program.
